Trading Terms and Conditions
By authorising Unearthed-Past to undertake research, you agree to the terms and conditions stated within this document. These form the contract between Unearthed-Past and yourself. All customers must be 18 years of age or over.
A non-refundable deposit is required before any researched is pursued.
The completed research will only be forwarded once the full balance has been paid and cleared in full.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or by debit card or credit card securely via PayPal.
Obtaining information can be straight forward. However, sometimes it maybe more difficult as perhaps documents may no longer exist or information is missing from them. Unearthed-Past will obtain as much information as possible from official records and research sources. Where records are no longer available, you will only be charged for work carried out up to that point.
The spelling of names and surnames can have changed over the years. Therefore, some of the records may be slightly different to those expected. People also sometimes used aliases. Unearthed-Past will do their best to ensure that all records found are the correct ones and are to the best of our knowledge.
All research will be carried out as accurately, methodically and always to the best of our ability. We always check records to see they are the most accurate and we never assume information or look for information to fit what is expected.
Unearthed-Past prides itself on the quality of the research carried out and has been doing this for many years. If you feel an error has occurred, please do not hesitate in inform us so that any queries can be fully investigated.
